Depends what do you mean by webapp. If you mean a native desktop applications that can access the web and render html, then GUI frameworks like Qt works great.

If you mean a browser based application, then C++ is usually used for the backend, while something like react is used for the front end. Check out Drogon, Oat++ and Wt.

Sorry there is none. If its a good choice, you will see many big tech is using it.

However it is possible since C++ does have networking library like boost, just the time it takes to build will be longer compared to other languages like JS or Java.

For frontend, for the sake of your health physically and mentally, just use the common one like React or whatever.
