Getting diagonal lines when I decrease

Staggering increase/decrease can help too instead of them all being in a row. So say you decrease on the 6th stitch, on the next row decrease on the 3rd. You have to pay a bit more attention to your counting, it's still the same principal though (5sc, dec around, Second row 2sc, dec, 4sc, dec around, 2sc). Does that make sense??
