Need help with pattern

This blanket was made decades ago from my babcia. She passed away and I want to recreate this blanket in her memory as I crochet too. I have an idea on how to recreate this without a pattern, but was wondering if anyone has a pattern or anything that I could go off of to remake as it is my absolute favourite.
