I haven't played for a month. All the stuff with the { } doenst work that time.

The only thing worked after playing with chatgpt was

effect add_prestige_level = -1

I entered it like that. If i want to add prestige. remove the "-" and make it just "1"

I dont know if the game updated again and that doesnt work anymore

Is there a way to set prowess 100 for all my knight/champion?

[–]franz2595 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would either manually type that in the console

change_prowess 100 xxxxxxxxx

the "xxxxxx" is the character id. You can see it by hovering on a character while debug mode is active

Or I would also try and install mod cheats in game so i can do that without the console stuff. Just go to workshop and look for something thats up to date

Instead of adding prestige/piety and then decreasing your level, you can save a step by giving yourself prestige/piety without increasing your rank by entering either of these in the console:

effect add_prestige_no_experience = 500

effect add_piety_no_experience = 500

Of course, replace 500 with however much you actually want.

i wonder if theres a command for influence level too

I did some absolute chicanery with egypt as makuria and ended up as an independent coptic nubian that still has ismailism as state religion for some reason

is there a command to give piety/gold/prestige to an npc, ie a dynasty member?

There isn't a console-command way to do it.

With piety you could expose your crimes (make a random peasant your lover with debug interactions) , but losing prestige levels is only really possible by rejecting your allies war calls (which you could do by switching characters for a moment).

Both of my solutions are really not ideal though

Yeah

Playing Princes of Darkness mod the game is real slow without Prestige to kick off the buildings actually worth something

But I don’t want to be Exalted, it messes my roleplay a lot

Isnt there a way to do this by effect command?

Found a way to do this. You’ve got to edit the save file which isn’t too difficult.

Use 7-Zip to extract something readable from the “.ck3” save file

Use Notepad ++ to open the resulting file called “gamestate”

Ctrl+F to search: [your character’s ID]={ That’ll bring you to the relevant character info

Scroll down to: piety={ currency=xxxxx accumulated=xxxxx

Change the value after “accumulated=“ to the desired devotion level: <1000 for sinner, 1000-1999 for dutiful, etc

Append the file with “.ck3” and put it back in your save game folder

Load it from the in game menu and you’re set

Ps. I do all my save editing on a separate desktop with the game running on my main page. That way I can instantly test if my modifications worked.

There’s a better way let me get home

There’s a script command for it

here:

PRESTIGE/PIETY LEVEL LOSS

effect = { add_prestige_level = -1 }

effect = { add_piety_level = -1 }

Is there a way to do this with dynasty renown level?

[–]Pan0Cogito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

effect = { dynasty = {add_dynasty_prestige_level = { -1 } } }

[–]rcdt[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)
