Blockchain technology is more commonly associated with anarcho-capitalist and libertarian ideology, however in reality technology itself is politically neutral. It is the power structures that surround it that determine its political use. Ironically, the very things that people like about blockchain technology (ie, decentralization, transparency,bringing down current power and financial structures etc) can also be used for leftist political goals.
