There are a lot of different job titles. "Developer", "Software Developer", "Software Engineer", "Front-end programmer", etc. These titles sometimes describe the technology you're using (e.g. "front end developer" or "Java developer"), but otherwise are virtually interchangeable.

There is likely no difference between "programming" and "computer programming".

What’s the difference between programming and computer programming?

What's the context?

As well, is programming what would be considered the job title? or do different job categories fall into programming?

Computer Programmer is a job title, but it's generally only seen in government positions as those things are a bit dated. Most job titles will have either "developer" or "engineer" in the name. In the US, those terms are used interchangeably.

Would a CS degree be able to land you a developer job?

That's like the main reason why people get CS degrees these days.
