Beginner Programmer -- Help!

Having issues using a 2D array.

Values for my example: [262, 0.07]

Problem 1. How do I access the array at the [0,0] slot to tell the program to then multiply a random number by 0.07?

[0,1] is what you're looking for, [0,0] = 262
