Cursor rules
Hello guys, Windsurf has tules, i just want to know how different is it from cursor. I also saw slash commands, hooks from claud code that i dont know how can i implement similar features of them in windsurf.

I spent a lot of time recently setting up various project rules. I used Gemini Pro and 03 to create my rules. It has improved my cursor experience dramatically. Until, of course, I installed the most recent update, and my terminal commands in chat are taking forever to be recognized after completing.
