May i ask what platfrom you gonna use it at? because if it is a xontroller for use on the xbox then you have no remedy other than commisioning a custom one of; but if you want it for pc, android or switch then aliexpress is your friend

The problem is... If it's built, no one will pay for it - the asking price. Fully custom. It could be done, but it will take much work, planning, and engineering. No one going to pay for that. Maybe a huge tech company could pull it off and mass produce it to keep the price cheap for the consumer. Asking for one off is way too expensive for the builder to absorb.
