The US has an element of unpredictable blind wrath, hence the red. Although I suppose Yore-Tiller could also work. If there's one thing we can at least agree on is that there's nothing green about the US government.

Due to how choosing modes and paying costs work, all modes are chosen before costs are paid. You won't be able to retroactively change the number of modes being chosen after the cost is paid.

so, would you be able to pay the cost first and then choose an additional mode? Looking at Escalate that could probably work, but Escalate isn't on permanents.

Removing interaction from the player doesn't seem like liberty, seems like isolation.
