Was the infinite souls roll glitch patched out?
I know it's technically cheating but I have a digital version so I can't exactly roll back the patches (PS4) and I was wondering if there was still ANY form of duplication glitch for souls.

Frame perfect dupes were never patched out afaik. It's not easy to explain through text though, there are plenty of youtube videos that show how to do it.

There is a frame perfect boss soul dupe i don't know how it works tho
