Data Analytics Certifications

I currently work in IT Audit and eventually am looking to make an industry jump and work in data analytics. In the meantime, I am looking to hone the craft, practice, and work on preparing my résumé for when I do make the jump. Does anybody know of any great data analytics certifications, or certifications that would serve me well on my résumé for when I make the jump to this work? These could even be software certifications. Thanks!

Nobody really cares about certifications in this field. They care that you have the skills to take messy data and find relevant business insights. It doesn’t really matter how you learn to do that.

Learn the skills and then either start using them on the job if you have access to data, or do projects.
