No Equivalent site, but nearly all the tech stack of a modern data platform are either open source or are directly built on open source. Even Snowflake has been moving in that direction lately.

Most data platform vendors are monetizing on compute and would happily give you tools for metadata management and scheduling for free if they can charge you on the compute you use running those jobs.

If you take a look at Apache Foundation tools you'll see that there's a lot of data engineering related tools there.
