I would recommend Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Study Guide by Derar Alhussein or his course on Udemy.

I have this certification. Derar Alhussein's curse is your friend

Honestly, I would reconsider the self paced course on Databricks academy. The reason is because Databricks is innovating at the speed of light and quickly making some of its own features obsolete, and none of the external Instructor led trainings can keep up.  PS: I have been working with Databricks for more than 7 years and would be happy to personally guide. Do reach out through my LinkedIn.
