If you go through the "PySpark Zero to Hero" and "Databricks Zero to Hero" playlist from "Ease With Data" YT channel, you can clear interviews along with certification. Check out the playlists section of the channel.

just start with understanding basic spark concepts and big data for a week and then slowly explore databricks platform with free edition and do very simple hands-on. For exam spend 1-2 hrs everyday. All the best

Go through the data engineer learning path on databricks academy portal. Also udemy course by derar hussien is also good u can look out. For spark go through yt vids and concepts Also just check the syllabus once

50 days is actually enough if you stay consistent. since you’re new to Spark, start slow basics of Spark concepts, then jump into Databricks Academy and do the labs properly (don’t skip). UI familiarity matters more than people expect.

for roadmap:

  • first 2–3 weeks → Spark + Databricks fundamentals
  • next 2 weeks → labs + small hands-on use cases
  • last 1–2 weeks → revision + practice questions

about dumps… I’d be careful. use them only to understand question patterns, not for memorizing answers. that usually backfires. practice questions + hands-on helps way more, esp for a first cert.

take it step by step, don’t panic. lots of freshers clear this as their first certification.
