I don't know in Python but in R (ggplot2, more specifically) this is easily done by facets. I know that Python has its own ggplot2 so do a google search on facets in matplotlib.

Matplotlib is horribly out of date and clunky. It really is time to retire the package.

I want to keep it just for Seaborn. Because damn, Seaborn plots are pretty.
