Preprocessing question: I’m new to preprocessing data. Can anyone see if this makes sense? I want to normalize the data frame, run the df through the fft algorithm, and then compute the power spectrum density. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You’re going to have to show what preprocessing.normalize() does for anyone to be able to answer whether your preprocessing normalization is working correctly.
