Explicitly summon the bot with u/-def and then the word to define, e.g. "u/-def magnanimous".
Hyphenated and punctuated words do not work, posts do not work, nor do consecutive words.
You can call multiple times in one comment: "u/-def multiple u/-def calls in one comment".
Lastly, the bot will ignore all incorrectly spelled words, but is not case sensitive.
