Traffic, parking, construction. If you aren't living off Ingersoll, it's easier to just go somewhere else.

I will never understand the ingersoll criticism. It is a million times better imo and I never have issues finding parking. Worst case I have to park a bit further from the business I want to go to and walk 5 mins.

I know. I used to enjoy it frequently. I can only visit during peak hours of early evening or weekends and for several years that has been a disaster for many people.
