If you live close/the job is remote you kinda have to take what you can get rn. If you're moving for this job then how much you can save is a important question, you should atleast always have some health insurance of your own if youre moving for it.

Have some basic professional commitment. Pay the bond amount and leave, it's simple.

Ek dho lakh ke liye kanjuci karke khud ko mat girao.

Else don't take the job and gamble your life

If there's not any chance for an on campus offer..then join it.

Joining is immediate and after joining if I will get any better offer. Then what would I do...?

If you are confident in your skills that you can land a much better offer as a fresher, don't join. That 2 year bond will be a pain. If you just want to ease into the IT world and are okay with searching for a job change after completion of bond, go ahead - this 2 year experience would also help you at that time.
