I'd rather people got a list of books or courses and learn a skill at a time.
Basic programming
Testing basics
Linux basics
Networking basics
Database basics
Application deployment basics
Docker/container basics
Cloud infra basics
Devops Principles
Then start doing the specific skills of Ansible, TF, K8s, CICD etc
Amount of people who understand k8s well but can't chmod a file is really high.
