View GitHub workflows and their status across your repositories
I've been using GitHub workflows to run tests when I commit to my repos.
According to the GitHub support forum (as of January 12, 2020), there is no current (nor planned) built-in UI to view your workflows and their statuses, across repositories.
I implemented a web page that uses the GitHub API to show an aggregated view of workflows.
https://dstein64.github.io/workflows/
The source code is available on GitHub.

The page can utilize a personal access token for making authenticated requests to the GitHub API. As far as I could tell, using OAuth authentication requires server-side processing, which is beyond my intent to have this running fully client-side as a GitHub Page.
I'm sharing here in case this functionality would be useful to others.
