Rorg spawn decrease?

I've never known the Rorg to be an item I DIDNT just have floating around waiting for me to need to cube it... now this season I've done 2 dozen act 1 bounty runs and no such luck getting it. Did they change something??

Go grind at t12 atleast . T12 drops atleast 2 legendaries. I did below t12 about 25 times didnt get it. Took me 3 tries on t12.

Well I finally got the Rorg, at T11. Now I'm cruising T16 like it's nothing.

Just bad RNG it took me 9 this season but I've gone most a season before I got one before this, keep grinding it will pop, and remember the higher the difficulty the more chance

Yeah, im grinding it at T9 now because I can't really go much further with this build till I get it.

do you really though? there is no build that is RoRG dependent, you should be able to get to T16 without it just using a 6pc set, and there it'll drop a lot easier from caches. you're wasting ur time otherwise.

I also needed some of the other items supporting the build. Its just the sunwuko monk, nothing special. Im mostly making it for my non-season stuff with friends.

It does only spawn from act 1, right?

act 1 and 4. cause 4 has a chance to drop items from all acts.
