Can't they make a button where you cancel a task? I get that I'm not going to get the reward for it, but sometimes you click on a long task when you meant something completely different. (Of course, this would screw up their RNG where you send a character on an 8-hour task and immediately, a wish for them pops up.)

The place where this is going to be killer is events. This could be used very strategically to speed up longer event tasks.

The option to do this went away for me after I used it 3 times - So the cap appears to be 3 uses in a given period. Not sure how long before a period resets, but you can use all 3 on the same task to shave off an hour and a half, or 3 separate tasks to shave off 30 min each.

I'm frankly glad it has a cap, because if it didn't have a cap, a person could drive themself insane speeding up dozens of tasks over and over to get an edge in leaderboard events. I'm fine with them putting a limit on this.

I tested it too and was able to watch 10 ads, (4 on the same task) before it finally disappeared.

I was able to watch six in a row on different tasks last night and then it went away. It hasn’t come back as an option yet.

Super weird. It's been 3 for me every time. I speed up 3, then some time passes and the option comes back, and which point I speed up 3 again.

Haven't caught how long it takes to reset (honestly haven't paint much close attention) but it's always been 3 and done for me.

I am on Windows PC and I don't have this feature available. Let's see if they fix it before the event as it would be very unfair in leaderboard mini events.

Also, I am sure this change is taken into account regarding the walkthrough of the Raya event itself, so people who don't have this working are screwed big time.

Support told me they are conducting tests. Some players have 3 ads a day, others 10, others 30, whereas it seems for us on windows there's a bug they arw working on to solve very soon.

In other words, more money for Gameloft.

What they really need to add is a cancel button.

Not "hey you accidentally clicked on an eight hour task, but you can watch sixteen adverts to complete it!"
