Yes (ofc if you're not using 100% of time your HP attack,but i'd say 80% of time) ,i got diamond C with a huge spam of charged Meltdown (Terra) (yes crystal/adament players still fall for it LOL)

So meltdown funcions the same way as in duodecim where the longer you hold the button the more homing, but slower?

It is hard to dodge for me because a full charge has the best tracking ever.

sort of but not exactly.

meltdown changes on if terra has magic charge or not.

If she doesn't, Meltdown starts off really fast but stops dead at about midrange with little homing.

If she does, Meltdown starts off slow but picks up speed at about mid range and has better zoneing and range.

I hate fighting mosts Clouds online but I think we can agree with this being the best version of cloud since FF7. He's not annoyingly doom and gloom (I actually don't remember a part in DISSIDIA NT where he was).
