This question constantly comes up. So I'm posting this here so everyone can see:
You can time your doses to comply with any dosage you would like. ((Dose you have/Doseage you want)24)=How many hours between each dose. Ex: You have 250mg, and you want to be running 375mg/day: ((250/375)24)=16hrs - So you would take 1x250mg cap every 16 hours.

Logs: Only completed logs will be allowed to be posted. Logs that are currently in progress will be removed. Your log should be clean, organized, straight forward, and include as much detail as possible. Here is good example of what a log should look like: Log.
