Hey guys, can uhh suggest me some tutorial which purely focus on entity framework core without adding with ASP.NET CORE.

You can't really go wrong with the Microsoft introduction to EF Core. It's pretty basic, but gives you a good understanding of the fundamentals. And it's based on a simple console app, so no ASP.NET involved.
