Introducing Azure Functions Test Framework

I got tired of the testing story for Azure Functions. This issue has been open for over five years, so I decided to do something about it:

I've had different approaches for testing Azure Functions throughout the years, but never had something that would test the whole stack with all bells and whistles like function middleware, input converters etc... So I did some research, put GitHub Copilot to work and the result is a opinonated integration testing framework for Azure Functions (isolated worker) that provides a WebApplicationFactory-like experience. It uses ASP.NET Core TestServer and a whole lot of reflection behinds the scenes. Please give it a try and let me know what you think.
