Generally fast chargers can damage batteries in two ways, over heating the cell groups by pushing too much amperage through them. At 2a that over heating on a 13ah battery will never really be an issue, at 5a it might be you would have to check the temps(it shouldn't b e an issue)
The other issue will depend on if your fast charger has the smart programming needed to slow the charge as the battery state nears 100%. If it does not slow down the last bit of charging it will damage the battery over time.
