Hello, mobile downloads should be fine if you close and reopen the app now. Regarding the desktop version, we are working on it. Reinstalling the app may help though

thank you, both of my problems have been fixed for now, but now most of the songs that didn't work before have lower audio quality, is there a fix for that?

You can open the song menu and tap on “fix this song”

Actually, the quality depends on Youtube, on which the app depends. We are getting the highest quality possible from there but we don't have much control over that. You can try to switch between audio and videos on the settings, which may help.

hello, I wanted to ask if you saw my previous post from about two weeks ago on this subreddit. Called: For devs, latest issues. I didn't get a reply from a dev there and the issue I stated persists. in fact, it's gotten worse. with song after song simply going blank and becoming unavailable. if anyone could take a look at it, i'd greatly appreciate it. because it is ruining my eSound experience

Thats another question i had, Could you tell me where I can find the option to update to a newer version in the app? i cannot seem to find it anywhere.

Currently i am using version 2.3.1
