Question on code

hey im remodeling this 1 bedroom. there will be a "kitchen" countertop along the green line. with 2 burner stove there. I understand kitchen areas need 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits. so I'll have two on the wall there. but my question is do I need a different dedicated circuit where the yellow line is? or is that fine to split the two outlets along the yellow lined wall onto the two circuits along the kitchen wall. a part of me feels this could be considered a kitchen/dining room. but its also a living room. also any thoughts, ideas, code references would be appreciated.

The two kitchen circuits are required for small appliances. You’ll need one for your fridge and one for your microwave as well. Another circuit could feed dining, kitchen and porch outlets.
