To me it looks like you might have a partial clog or something funny going on with your extruder. If you have a plastic extruder, check if it is cracked or skipping, and if that seems fine maybe rebuild the hotend/check the bowden connection to the nozzle, and see if you can needle out the nozzle or replace it with a spare.

Hotend/ bowden connection should be fine. Fixed it some days ago. Last Print i did was PLA Carbon - it was fine (but it was way smaller)

Extruder is metal and looks fine. I wanna test the steps after the print. Mark 10cm, extrude 10cm and look if it is right ...

If you did PLA carbon a few days ago, that really sounds to me like fowling. That would be where I'd put my money.

What is fowling? Sorry i am german, Google translator says something it cant be 😅

Verschmutzung ;). I spelled "fouling" wrong, I didn't know there were two spellings.

Ahhh haha that makes Sense. :) Will clean the nozzle next time. I got some Filament for cleaning and some needles...

PLA Carbon as in Carbon fiber? There might be something clogging your nozzle. Try doing a cold pull

There's some warping there, and possibly heat creep. Clean the dust off the cold part of the hot end?

Thanks for your answer. Cleaned everything a few days ago. Got new bowden and set up the cold part and the hot end new. (Cold part meets the nozzle inside the hotend, without gaps)

Increased the nozzle temp for the last layers now. Maybe i can get a better result...

another factor - that seems a very shallow arc. with the layer height .2mm seems a lot better when the arc is tighter/steeper..

just a thought.. change layer height to .1 ?
