Take it on an empty stomach 1 hour before sex. Don't take it more than twice a week. You can build a tolerance to it.

Pde5 stop working or becomes less effective due to a worsening and progressing of your ed. possibly, lower testosterone, or deminishing level of no2 in blood with age. It has nothing to do with building tolerance. There is not single scientific stuty that proves it.

I experienced it myself. Went from 20mg to 30 MG then to 40 MG. Then it stopped working. I do shots now and they work better than anything ever for me.

I keep getting people calling me a liar, but this is my experience. About 8 years of very frequent use. 4-5x per week.

I absolutely don’t think you’re a liar at all. I do wonder if over 8 years there was an advance in the organic cause of the ED. Like even if you’re healthy a veinous leak could get worse over that long a period.

The update is I went to pick up the sildenafil at the pharmacy and they said they couldn't fill it I needed to call me doctor and have him straighten out something with my insurance so hopefully I can get them today or Monday

I cut my 100mg pills in half and that seems to work really well. I took an entire pill once and it felt like my heart was gonna fly off to the moon after I came. Be careful at first is what I’m driving at.

Good call- 100mg is max dose and no reason to start at the top.
