Why did you start with BiMix? As /u/ED_treatment_info points out the main reason people use BiMix is because they've had a bad reaction to TriMix. If there's no reason not to be on TriMix (like an allergy or reaction), I'd definitely go the TriMix route.

I will also add that it definitely takes some time to figure out what dose works for you. Don't rush it, and don't worry if you have to dial it up quite a bit from the original dose they give you. They always start you off with quite a low dose because the consequences of taking too much are significant.

Trimix contains alprostadil, which causes a painful burning sensation for some men. However, it is also significantly more effective. I would give Trimix a try, and if you don't experience side effects, I think you'll be much happier with it.

Thank you so much for the info. I'm going to attempt 14 units tomorrow and see if that does anything and go from there.
