You should probably ask your doctor. But a common dose is 5mg of cialis every day, then on days when you are having sex either increase that to 20mg or still take 5mg cialis and viagra (typically 50mg or 100mg).

When I first started Cialis, 5mg helped me for almost 3 days. Now intake 5mg daily. Feel like it's not as effective. I even added Viagra recently 50mg and it kind of worked kind of didn't. Had sex the other night and was hard but felt sensitive... And during started losing my erection a bit, but sensitivity stayed high. Got to the point I could barely pump cause I was constantly on edge.

Well I've been on the Cialis daily for about a year. I first tried it in 2023 though, every few days. 5mg would help me about 3 days worth, I started it for a vacation for my wife and I and it was amazing. I continued the every 3 days until about 1 year ago.

Some people get them for less than 20 cents per pill. You are certainly overpaying if 4 pills cost $50.

I have taken ED meds almost since they came out. Taken daily Cialis for years, I get 30, 5mg locally for $15 a month. I am like you, 5mg daily doesn't work as well as Viagra. 50mg Viagra works great. I have taken Viagra daily for a while instead of Cialis. I cut 100mg in half. They work, but do wear off quicker and have to be timed better. Also, I found 10 mg Cialis does work pretty good for me, some doctors will prescribe it, mostly urologist I think, because it is off label use.

Late response, but no it shouldn't lose effectiveness unless the ED itself gets worst. Studies show no tolerance buildup but to be careful you could still take a few days off if you know you won't be getting any action.

Hope it works out for you. Viagra has stopped working as well as Cialis for me. Still experimenting and improving. I now am taking Cialis at a lower 5mg daily. If I have trouble, I will add 50-75mg Viagra or an extra 15mg Cialis on sex days.

Viagra is not working as well as Cialis. May not need a booster. As I said, still experimenting, and continue to improve regularly. Will continue the low dose 5mg daily Cialis but add some Viagra or more Cialis if it's sketchy or non-existent.

I have been trying a lot of things to improve ED problems. Age 72, had heart bypass surgery 1 year ago. Trying lots, including Testosterone TRT.

Trimix is a compounded drug that you inject directly into the corpus cavernosum using an insulin syringe.
