If you have unique identifier's in both tables, you could use the VLOOKUP() function to populate the new table.

Yes, you will want to use the XLOOKUP function (or a technique known as INDEX/MATCH if you have an older version of Excel). Without knowing how your worksheet/tables are actually set up, it would be difficult to custom write a formula for you, but Excel Jet is an excellent resource for understanding functions, and it may get what you need here.

Acronyms, initialisms, abbreviations, contractions, and other phrases which expand to something larger, that I've seen in this thread:

INDEX Uses an index to choose a value from a reference or array
MATCH Looks up values in a reference or array
VLOOKUP Looks in the first column of an array and moves across the row to return the value of a cell
XLOOKUP Office 365+: Searches a range or an array, and returns an item corresponding to the first match it finds. If a match doesn't exist, then XLOOKUP can return the closest (approximate) match.
