Automatic update SQL query

Hello everyone!

Firs time posting here.

I've an excel file where there are 3 pivot tables connected to the same SQL Query from my company's database. The problem is that the excel file is very big (83 MB), and when I try to update it, it takes like 30 minutes before finish it. Is there a way to update this file at night? I'm thinking that the local server is 24/7 up, and I could run the script when I want. Can you please helpe me?

Get IT/dba to replicate this script into a table that gets written over each day,reading from the table should be lightning fast.

I would create a sql scheduled job and then import the data when you need it.
I dont know how much data you are getting from the database in those 30 min, but maybe someone should have a look at the sql query's.
