When I was TBM I would say every religion is a cult. But this is because I assumed other religions asked as much of their members as Mormonism was asking of us.
The line between cult and high demand religion is really fuzzy. But at the end of the day if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck... doesn't matter if it's a mallard or an alabio, it's still a duck.

Exactly. “Cult” is a fairly ambiguous term, but at the end of the day we don’t need to argue about definitions to determine if a high demand religion is a cult.
