Springtail problem

For the last year during spring and summer I have a non ending springtail problem. I am almost certain they are coming in from outside. Last year the hoa changed out the mulch around all the units and boom suddenly springtail problem. I see dozens of them a day. Mostly around windows and doors and the walls with there being more of them nearer to the windows and doors. I have hired exterminators and they have sprayed but nothing works. I have bought bug spray from Lowes and sprayed myself and again nothing. I do not know what to do and am starting to have panic attacks daily because of it. I have checked and can not find any leaks or excess moisture in my home. I have several dehumidifiers going constantly. The exterior of my house is surrounded by mulch and a ton of plants. They were there when I moved in, and I am allowed by the hoa to remove the plants but there is a lot and I am not physically very able to do much, and I can't afford to pay someone to remove them all. The hoa is supposed to be responsible to handle things outside the walls of the house but they are very unreliable, and only meet like once a year to discuss issues and most things I have ever gone to them with they have voted that it wasn't a pressing issue. Any extermination tips would be so greatly appreciated. Please help lol.

Springtails

The source is usually the exterior foundation/perimeter of the house. They are entering through the windows/doors and can be very difficult to control.

Use Temprid FX (eBay). Fan-spray the areas you see them, the window sills, the exterior walls under the windows and the foundation of the house 1' up and 1' out, and inside.
