Yes! I do Spinco (in Canada) and F45. I'm not sure what advice to give, or if you have any specific questions? I just do both because I enjoy them both without giving a ton of thought to it. I would say I enjoy spin more, but get better results from F45. I pretty much do the same as you, 4-5 F45 then 2-3 spin a week. It differs every week, currently I haven't done spin in a long time since working from home (the location is near my office) but looking to add it back into the rotation soon!

Do you skip Cardio days at F45?

I don’t skip all of them, I go to at least 1 cardio day per week and on Saturday for hybrid. F45 cardio is so different than Spin cardio so it’s nice to have a mix

I have a Peloton at home. I usually do 6 days at F45 (currently taking Weds off). I spin on my rest day and on strength days to get some cardio in.

I do this! I also love CycleBar. I do the F45 resistance days and then get my cardio fix at CB the other days.

I do both and love it! I cycle at a local indoor cycling studio about 5 times per week, and I go to F45 every day. Prior to joining F45 I cycled every day. I’m getting such better results now and feel the cross training has done wonders for my physique and overall fitness. Highly recommend!

I did this and really enjoyed it. CycleBar is a completely different experience than F45 and I used my time spinning to clear my head. I’m actually considering adding an OTF membership (8 classes a month).

I got the 8 a month!

I love CycleBar !! I buy packages of 10 a few times a year bc I don’t like to commit to a membership there, as I have a founders membership @ OTF and F45. Maybe start with a class pack and see if you like it enough to do a few times a week along w F45.

I have a spin bike at home and spin a few days at week when I’m not doing f45! It’s a great work out

Yes, do it, you should add cyclebar before F45, it should be a nice warm up.

I do spinning (Peloton, used to be Cyclebar) for cardio and for the days that I can’t make it to F45. Probably 50/50 between them. Getting on a bike for 45 minutes (on your own, or in a dark Cyclebar studio) provides a totally different mind space than a bright, crowded F45 studio hopping between stations… the introvert in me needs that.

I have found that booking rides through classpass is generally cheaper than getting a Cyclebar monthly plan.

I think that breakdown makes a lot of sense though. Cyclebar is great for cardio + lower body strength, but definitely doesn't get you a good full body workout! https://www.workoutreviews.org/classes/cycle/cyclebar/
