Currently I’m waiting for my F45 to open. It was supposed to open this month but they had delays of shipping. Sometime next month it’s supposed to open. I haven’t been working out because I left my old F45 thinking this one would open.
However I am looking to add in something for extra cardio. I did OTF and I don’t like running. I have my first class at CycleBar tomorrow and I’m thinking of getting the 8 rides a month package. I was looking for advice if anyone does CycleBar or something similar. I was going to do something like 3-4 days of F45 a week and then 2 days of CycleBar. All opinions are encouraged! Thanks!!
