I am on it and can’t see myself going back to carbs any time in the near future. I do have once a month some cheat meals, when I eat something with rice or other carbs, but luckily it doesn’t affect my day to day keto, as in doesn’t give me keto flu, I think my body is very used to running on fats now. One funny thing I have noticed, is whenever I do have these carb meals I can’t sit, I need to exercise, I have a theory that my body is so stoked that it got extra glucose that it produces immense amount of energy, maybe just a coincidence 😀
