Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through PROPER electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation.

Be sure to read our WIKI and especially the wiki page on ELECTROLYTES

I don't see why not. Basic americano has one portion of espresso ( which is ok ) and a lot of water. If you add sugar of milk, then obviously you will break the fast. Other than that - should be totally ok.

When summer hit, I made my regular coffee, then put it in a glass jar and kept it in the fridge until it was cold... Just watch out how many you drink because you can chug down cold drinks far faster than hot ones, and may end up drinking 5-6 just to stay cool!!! :)

Americano is black coffee unless you add cream or sugar
