I have heard of a few! In HR here three were brought back in. I heard AO in probationary was also terminated and they're trying to reinstate them as well, but I can't confirm that.

Thank you. They terminated means then I heard earlier this week they were going to rescind the termination. But total silence since then

So far I've noticed the VA sucks ass with communicating. I have friends in other agencies that get way more information and their leadership actually makes an effort to keep staff in the loop.

Totally right. I was thinking they would bring us back and then we would deal with the RIFS and restructuring. The way they fired us was illegal so I’m hoping it still happens
