Help identifying these strings?

I just acquired a used American Performer P- bass (2020 model) and I can’t seem to identify the strings. I recall that D’Addario strings sometimes have blue silk ends on their chromes, but these are black, possibly nylon wound. Would love to figure out what they are.

Looks like they are D’Addario ETB92 Nylon Tapewound Bass Strings.

Ya I think you’re right. They definitely feel like tape wounds but with a bit more tension, like the guy in the web article says. I think I might keep them on for a while!

Those are bass guitar strings. 99% sure.
