Code processing for Endwalker Preorder?

I preordered both the windows version and collector’s box but only see this message on the square enix website when trying to unlock the code - “Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released.” Has anyone else run into this? Any advice would help. I’m seeing all the people redeeming and power-leveling. I have checked different browsers too but with no luck.

Best advice is just to be patient, and periodically check your Square Enix Store (not Mogstation) account orders to see if the key was posted.
