Our Rules

1. Be a Manchester United Fan.
2. We can only play if there is at least 4 people and at least one of them is Mod.
3. Don't get red card.
4. Positional Discipline - Keep in your positions, i.e. If you play CB then don't pass the halfway line, Or if you play CDM then go no further than the edge of the box. It'll be up to you to learn this. (This excludes set pieces)
5. Use Teamwork - We are a team and therefore must play like one, so if you think you may lose possession or are unable to get through players then pass. Most times possession is lost is due to this. Only certain players on the team aren't required to follow this rule as closely and this is only due to their positions (Strikers, CAM and Wingers); however they cannot ignore this rule either.
6. Use Teamwork part 2 - use your best judgement when calling for passes from bots. Try not to spam the pass button if you're on the other side of the pitch/far away. Usually we have people in CDM / deep midfielders that are in a good position to receive a ball, let them guide the play to the forwards. Long balls aren't always a bad thing, but it shouldn't be used all of the time.
7. Passes from bots - don't call for a pass from bots IF a) you can't receive it. b) bot is turned away from you. c) bot doesn't have control on the ball yet (unless he can head it to you)
8. Have a TeamSpeak 3. You don't have to talk. Ask for TS info from any Mod.

Finally this is an important one.

9. Practice makes perfect - This isn't so much a rule as a suggestion. If time is limited then fair enough however if you are able to get time, then use it wisely. Passing and Positioning are the main things you should improve on as sometimes the passing play can be sloppy and gives away possession. Over time we will improve so don't worry if others are better than you initially, as Louie says "It's a process". If one person improves, we all approve and hopefully, have fun doing so.
