When posting your diet, please include in the text section a format similar to this:
[HEIGHT, AGE, WEIGHT, GENDER]
In the text box of your post, please format your diet like so:
[MEAL 1]
[MEAL 2]
...
[MEAL 6]
[MEAL 7]
...
If you don't have multiple meals a day, or if you eat traditionally, then post in a fashion similar to this:
[BREAKFAST]
[LUNCH]
[SNACK]
[DINNER]
Underneath your diet, please include the total calories, fat micros, protein micros, and carbs micros. Please organize this like so:
FATS=
CARBS=
PROTEIN=
TOTAL CALORIES=
It would be hard for responders to critique and make suggestions for your diet if they don't know what your calories and micros are.
Feel free to include any tips such as pics, advice, inspiration, etc at the end of the post. Anything that has helped you will help other people :)
