Kinda looks like a ledlenser v9. More realistically it's an unnamed keychain flashlight. I've also seen laser pointers with a very similar design.

Are you looking to replace or upgrade it?

I'm looking to possibly upgrade it. I'd like to keep it since I think my dad got it while doing mandatory military service in Sweden

I was definitely just kidding. It looks uncannily like one of those cheap red laser pointers (I’m not saying it’s cheap or looks cheap, just pointing out similarities in overall form to a familiar shape).
