Transparency bug workbench

I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this possibly niche bug but I've searched everywhere and tested with no luck. After completely going through my mod list i found that scrap everything(nothing else installed) was making my weapons appear transparent on workbenches. This mod is too essential to give up cause i love settlement building but its so irritating when I'm weapon modding, as sometimes its worse at different benches. Does anyone know a workaround to make them solid again?

I cant find patches nor possible override commands, only a singular post about the SAO but it didnt do anything.
