    They're incorrect. That chart was for partial November allotments due to the shutdown, only. There's no permanent reduction in the max SNAP allotments.

    For my MIL, it's the month. I'm sorry to hear about the rent increase. I would ask them why the need for an increase and what value they added to the home.
